Covid-19: dealing with uncertainties and politics
Daniela Ovadia is an Italian science journalist, neuroscientist and neuroethicist. She studied medicine and neuroscience. She is the scientific director of Agenzia Zoe (an agency producing science and medical news for many Italian and international outlets) and of the Center for Ethical Science and Science Journalism (CESJ). She is also the co-director of the Neuroscience and Society Lab at University of Pavia, where she teaches ethics for researchers and investigates the impact of science communication on the lay public and the society. She taught science journalism at University of Padua and Milan, and she now teaches at the Master course on science journalism University La Sapienza in Rome and at the Master course on science journalism and communication organised by the Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Advanced Studies at SISSA, Trieste.
